Man Extradited To Greenwich One Sexual Assault Charge A 37-year-old man has been arrested for a June sexual assault following an investigation by Greenwich Police. Gionni Scaltro of Staten Island was arrested on July 26 by NYPD officers following a lengthy investigation by the Greenwich Police Department's Special Victims Unit, said Lt. John Slusarz. He was extradited to Greenwich on Tuesday and charged with felony sexual assault, threatening, unlawful restraint, and breach of peace, police said.
