2 Juveniles Stabbed During Norwalk's Annual Oyster Festival
Two juveniles were stabbed, and another was arrested during a Fairfield County festival. The incident occurred in Norwalk on Friday, Sept. 6, in the area of Fort Point Street and Seaview Avenue on the grounds of the city's Oyster Festival. According to Norwalk Deputy Chief of Operation Terrence Blake, officers at the festival noticed a disturbance and discovered that two juveniles had sustained stab wounds. Police Officer Attacked, Beaten At Fairfield County Festival
A Fairfield County police officer suffered a broken arm and head injury after being attacked by two men at an annual community festival. The incident occurred in Norwalk around 10 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 10 at the Oyster Festival. According to Lt. Terrence Blake, of the Norwalk Police, officers working the event were notified of a fight between juveniles near the Kids Cove. Officers responded to the area and broke up two separate fights.
