Man Masturbates In Shopping Plaza At Least Twice, Newtown Police Say A Bethel man has been arrested for allegedly masturbating with his penis exposed while sitting in his vehicle in a shopping plaza, not once, but at least twice, Newtown Police said. Newtown received the reported of the masturbating man last week while in his vehicle at the Sand Hill Shopping Plaza, said Newtown Police Lt. Aaron Bahamonde.
