Erratic Driving Stop On Route 7 In Georgetown Leads To DUI Charge For Danbury Man A Danbury man faces multiple charges after an erratic driving incident in Georgetown, police said. Thanksgiving afternoon around 12:30 p.m., Wilton Dispatch received a report of a blue Chevy Cruze driving recklessly on Route 7 (Danbury Road) in Georgetown. The caller stated that the vehicle nearly hit the guardrail numerous times while swerving. The vehicle was allegedly stopped by patrol around Pimpewaug Road.
