Man Charged With Causing Serious Crash With Multiple Injuries
An out-of-area man was arrested on a warrant for allegedly causing a two-vehicle crash in Fairfield County that left several people with serious injuries. Jesse Garcia-Mercado, 25, of Jersey City, New Jersey surrendered to the Stratford Police Department on Saturday, Oct. 5, as the result of a warrant for his involvement in a serious accident on the River Road in Stratford on July 20, said Stratford Police Capt.
