The incident took place in Fairfield County at the Stop & Shop on Quality Street in Trumbull on Friday, Jan. 20. Woman Arrested For Failing To Pay Ticket For Causing Public Disturbance, Cops Say A 27-year-old area woman was arrested for failing to pay a ticket after being stopped for a routine traffic violation. Raneisha Wright of Bridgeport was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 13, by the Newtown Police when officers determined that she had an active warrant, said Newtown Police Lt. Aaron Bahamonde. The warrant stemmed from Bridgeport and failure to pay for a ticket for creating a public disturbance, police said. Devon Rose, 30, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018, but for the incident that took place in July at a Westport medical facility, said Westport Police Lt. Jillian Cabana.
