$50,000 Reward Being Offered In Fatal Shooting Case Police are offering a $50,000 reward and asking the public for help locating the killer or killers of a local man who was shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle in Stratford. Eduardo Concepcion, 30, of Bridgeport, was killed around 2:20 a.m., on Jan. 12, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti. According to police, Concepcion was sitting in a vehicle in on Regency Terrace when two unknown assailants approached and a verbal argument ensued.  At some point during the argument, several shots were fired into the car killing Concepcion, Eannotti said.
