Man Charged After Breaking Woman's Phone During Argument, Police Say Police intervention was required to break up a domestic dispute in Greenwich, when a man allegedly broke a woman’s phone during an argument. Members of the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to an Old Track Road home shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, where there was a complaint of a verbal argument between a man and woman in the area. Police said that the investigation into the domestic incident determined that during the course of the argument, Greenwich resident David Kent Joslin, 48, broke his victim’s phone.
