Authorities are searching for the suspect of a shooting in Connecticut that left a 17-year-old dead and another man injured. The incident happened in New London County on Wednesday, Oct. 18 just before 8 p.m., when Norwich Police responded to the area of Cedar Street to investigate a reported disturbance. A Connecticut man was captured after slamming into the front of a home and then fleeing from police. The incident took place in New London County in Norwich around 11:50 p.m., on Wednesday, June 15. CT Bank Robbery Suspect Nabbed After Pursuit, Police Say
A bank robbery suspect has been apprehended after a pursuit in Connecticut. Around 3:40 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, the Connecticut State Police in New London County Troop E Montville barracks was notified of an alarm at the Jewett City Savings Bank, located at 353 Route 165 in the Town of Preston. Shortly thereafter, dispatchers at the Troop E - Montville barracks received a 9-1-1 call from an employee at the bank, who reported they had been robbed. A Connecticut public school district has closed for the day after several students received a social media story alleging a threat to a school. Students received the Snapchat threat on Thursday, Dec. 16, said Norwich Public School officials in New London County.
