More Than 100 New Parking Spaces Announced At East Norwalk Train Station Spring has sprung in Norwalk, and the local Parking Authority has a special gift for Fairfield County commuters. The Norwalk Parking Authority announced on Monday that it has entered into a temporary arrangement with the state regarding the eastbound side of the East Norwalk Train Station, allowing for 117 additional daily parking spaces. The spaces are located alongside the track and the building. Officials said that the spaces are temporary, and are for daily parkers, not permit parkers.
