Westport Man Charged With Harassment After Restaurant, Residence Incidents A Westport man is facing multiple charges after violating an Order of Protection and repeatedly harassing his victim on Valentine’s Day, police said. The Westport Police Department received a complaint on Thursday, Feb. 15 regarding Westport resident Neil Bhatia, who had met his victim the previous day at a local restaurant for dinner, during which he was allegedly “loud with the victim and at one point struck the victim’s wrist,” police said.
