Man Charged In Crash That Left Victim Critically Injured In Stamford
A 22-year-old man driving without a motorcycle license has been charged with reckless driving in connection with a Memorial Day crash in which he T-boned a van. Francisco Diaz Gravez of Stamford turned himself in on Wednesday on a warrant for charges of reckless driving, misuse of plates, no insurance, operating an unregistered vehicle, and driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle license, said Stamford PD Sgt.
