Temporary Memorial Day Road Closures Scheduled On I-95 Exit 16 ramps along Interstate-95 will be closed on Monday, May 28 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for the Norwalk Memorial Day Parade. The Norwalk Police Department announced the temporary road closure.
