Person Suffers Serious Injuries In Single-Vehicle Greenwich Crash One person was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash in Fairfield County.  The collision took place in Greenwich around 9:30 p.m., Sunday, March 31 at the intersection of King Street at Glenville Street. The incident happened around 12:15 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 14 in Mount Washington, New Hampshire. The meeting happened at Stamford Hospital on Monday, Aug. 17 under far less dire circumstances.  Off-duty officer John McClafferty and his fiance, Stamford Hospital nurse Megan Donahue, were enjoying a day off on Tuesday July 2 when they spotted a lifeguard pulling 7-year-old Regina Renodo from the water, according to the Stamford Police Department.
