EEE Mosquitoes Discovered In Three New CT Towns State health officials announced that mosquitos carrying Eastern Equine Encephalitis have been detected in three new towns in Connecticut. Third CT Resident Dies From EEE Mosquito-Borne Illness Connecticut health officials have announced that a third person has died from Eastern Equine Encephalitis and that a fourth person has been diagnosed with the mosquito-borne illness.
