CEO, President Of Maritime Aquarium Out After Being On Job Just A Few Months
After just a few months, Maureen Hanley, the president and CEO of the Maritime Aquarium, has been removed from her position.
Months after taking over at the helm of the aquarium in Norwalk, Hanley has been relieved of her duties, officials announced on Monday, April 1. The move comes after she was unanimously chosen by the Executive Committee of the Aquariums Board of Trustees in November.
The Board announced that day-to-day duties of the president have been assumed by Dave Truedson, the new CEO, and John Joyce, the Aquarium’s CFO, with oversight by the Aquarium’s Board of Trustees.

Well, you’re going to love Norwalk City Limits, a new five-day music extravaganza taking place at restaurants, shops and attractions across the city.
“Norwalk City Limits is a massive five-day schedule of live music performances which embraces all styles of music from acoustic rock, pop, jazz, fusion, country, and even children’s music,” said Linda Kavanagh, director of Norwalk Now, the collaborative marketing group that is presenting the events.
