Iconic Westchester Hardware Store In Business Since 1879 To Close An iconic Westchester hardware store that has been an institution since the 1800s will be closing its doors. Brewer True Value Hardware in Mamaroneck, which dates back to 1879, will be closing their East Post Road doors over the summer, the owners announced. New Coffee Shop To Open In Former Starbucks Space In Stamford Good news for downtown Stamford.  Winfield Street Coffee will open at Ferguson Library this summer where it will occupy the space where Starbucks used to be until it closed in 2018. Renovations will begin May 9 and completed by mid-August, said owner Breno Donatti. The coffee shop will have an outside entrance at 96 Broad Street or you can enter from inside the library. Dominic Muro’s Original New York Bakery & Deli has produced baked bread for restaurants and delis throughout the Norwalk area, to complement its popular breakfast and lunch counter.
