Discovery Of Disabled Car On I-95 In Westport Leads To Weapons Charge For Bridgeport Man A Bridgeport man was arrested on an alleged weapons charge after a Connecticut State Trooper stopped to help a disabled vehicle on I-95. Leonard McNair, 22, was arrested around 2:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 24, when troopers out of Troop G in Bridgeport came upon a disabled motor vehicle in the median of Interstate 95 southbound, in Westport, said the Connecticut State Police. Troopers quickly discovered that the Connecticut registration plate displayed on the rear of the vehicle came back to an entirely different make and model, state police said.
