Police Officer In Connecticut Accused Of Patronizing A Prostitute A Connecticut police officer has been charged with allegedly patronizing a prostitute. New Haven Police Officer Christopher Troche was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 21, after turning himself in at the department, said Officer Scott Shumway, of the New Haven Police. The investigation into Troche's action began in April when a New Haven Police officer was approached by a woman reporting unwanted contact Troche, Shumway said.
