Passenger Killed In Single-Vehicle Crash On CT Highway An investigation is underway after a passenger was killed in a single-vehicle crash on a Connecticut highway. It happened at about 5 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, on I-384 eastbound in Hartford County, according to Connecticut State Police.  A driver lost control of the vehicle near Exit 2 in Manchester and traveled from the right side of the highway to the left, police said.  The vehicle traveled onto the median and struck a tree, coming to an uncontrolled stop in two pieces on the median, authorities said.  Police said the driver and front-right adult passenger were hos…
