Crashes Cause I-84, Saw Mill Parkway Delays This story has been updated. There were delays on two of the major roadways in the area just as the evening commute got underway Friday. The left lane on I-84 was blocked westbound in Dutchess County for more than an hour at Lime Kiln Road (Exit 15) in Hopewell Junction. There were stop-and-go delays on the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway following a crash that initially blocked the right lane. The northbound incident occurred in Hawthorne at Route 9A/Saw Mill River Road (Exit 23) with residual delays after the lane reopened around 5 p.m. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.
