CT Man Exposes Genitals To Child Riding Bike, Police Say A Connecticut man who allegedly touched his genitals while in view of a child riding a bike has been charged with risk of injury to a minor. Luis Segura-Montero, age 59, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 28, for the incident that took place in Hartford on Wednesday, July 5 in the area of Mapleton Street. When officers arrived, Segura-Montero had left the area. With the assistance of the Major Crimes Division detectives were able to identify the location of the incident and positively identify the suspect, said Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert. CT Homicide Suspect Nabbed In Massachusetts A man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a Connecticut man has been nabbed in Massachusetts. Jordon Register, 28, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 4, in Massachusetts by the Massachusetts State Police Fugitive Unit and Springfield Police for the Friday, Jan. 29, murder of Michael Dudley, 27, of  Durham, said Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert. According to Boisvert, Hartford patrol officers responded to the Webster Street area on a report of a gunshot victim.
