Detectives Waiting In Liquor Store Nab Duo Who Phoned In Fraudulent Order, Darien PD Says Detectives and police officers lying in wait at a Fairfield County liquor store busted two men who allegedly made a fraudulent order using stolen credit cards, police said. An employee of Darien Wine Port alerted the police department of someone attempting to make what was believed to be a fraudulent transaction over the phone using multiple credit cards with different names on Thursday, June 25.
