The incident occurred in Norwalk around 4:45 p.m. Monday, May 20, on an eastbound train near Moore Place, carrying passengers who had become entangled in the overhead wires that supply operational power to the train. The crash took place around 2:32 a.m., Monday, Aug. 26, when a 2008 Nissan Altima struck two utility polices, knocking down both of them and sending live electrical wires on top of the vehicle on Canal Street, just north of Ludlow Street, said Stamford Police Sgt.
