Kyle Lors, 23, of 17 Avenue C, was busted following an investigation into an Oct. 8, 2017, incident involving a drug overdose inside an Uber car, said Lt. Terrence Blake. During the incident, police found a victim inside the car at the intersection of Grist Mill and Route 7 who had overdosed on heroin.
