Former SHU Student Charged With Illegally Taking Nude Photos Of Another Student A former Sacred Heart University student has been arrested by police for disseminating nude photographs of a female student, police say. The incident took place on Oct. 6, 2019, when a female Sacred Heart University student reported to police that she believes she was the victim of a sexual assault, said Capt. Brian Fitzgerald of the Bridgeport Police Department. The victim reported that she was intoxicated in the early morning hours and believed that a man, she identified as Nicholas Otto-Bernstein, 20, of New York City, had sexual intercourse with her without her consent, Fitzgerald said.…
