Cscu Board Of Regents Welcomes Newest Members Martin Guay, Ted Yang Governor Ned Lamont has named two Connecticut business leaders to the Board of Regents of the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) system. Martin Guay, Vice President, Business Development at New Britain-based Stanley Black & Decker, and Ted Yang, founder of several companies and nonprofits including 4CT, the state’s largest COVID relief fund, and President of Cantata Media, Daily Voice’s parent company, are set to serve six-year terms on the Board, replacing two departing members. Brookfield's Harald Kukk, Private Investigator, Ex-nypd Detective, Dies A former New York Police Department detective and private investigator from Brookfield remembered as a "great cop" and "legend" on social media, has died. Ret. Det. Harald Kukk, NYPD, a husband, and father, died Monday, May 27 at Danbury Hospital. He was 75. Kukk was born on May 25, 1944, in Parnu, Estonia, son of the late Verner and Fronelly Kukk. He graduated from Stuyvesant High School in New York City. He attended CCNU and was a graduate of Charter Oak State College. Kukk was a 24-year veteran of the New York City Police Department.
