Suspect Nabbed After Stabbing Leaves CT Teen In Critical Condition A Connecticut man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing a teen during a domestic violence incident leaving him in critical condition. Litchfield County resident David Cruz, age 28, of Torrington, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 7, for the stabbing which took place around 1:50 p.m. on Highland Avenue in Torrington. According to Detective Kevin Tieman, of the Torrington Police, officers responded for a report of a man with a stab wound, When officers arrived on the scene they found a 17-year-old teen with a stab wound to the stomach on the sidewalk in front of Building No. 9, Tieman said. …
