FCI Danbury Correctional Officer Admits To Sexually Abusing Inmate A Correctional Officer in Fairfield County has admitted to sexually abusing an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury. Carlos Sanchez, of Middlebury, pleaded guilty this week to sexually abusing an inmate at FCI Danbury earlier this year, U.S. Attorney John Durham announced. According to court documents and statements made in court, Sanchez was employed as a correctional officer at FCI Danbury.
