These Fairfield County Restaurants Rated As Best Latin American/Spanish In CT Connecticut Magazine has released a list of the state’s best eateries per restaurant type based on the culinary expertise of a panel of professionals.  Two Fairfield County locales were rated among the best Latin American/Spanish cuisine in all the state.
