Ex-Teacher's Aide Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Students Arrested
A former teacher's aide at the Boys & Girls Village in Milford has been arrested for sexually assaulting two girls under the age of 16 at the school for children with special needs. Ronnie Maebry, 34, of New Haven, was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexual assault in the second degree, sexual assault in the fourth degree, and two counts of risk of injury, said Milford Police Officer Mike DeVito. A teacher's aide at the Boys & Girls Village has been put on unpaid leave after accusations surfaced that he had exposed himself and inappropriately touched female students The school, which works with special needs children in the Milford area, said the employee was immediately placed on unpaid leave after learning of the accusations.
