Fatal Crash: 27-Year-Old CT Woman ID'd As Victim A 27-year-old woman has been identified as the victim of a crash involving a pedestrian on a busy Connecticut roadway. The crash occurred in Hartford County around 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 29 on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington. The victim, Katelyn Bruke, of Wethersfield, was struck by a vehicle near the Wren Kitchen, according to the Newington Police. She was rushed to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead, police said.  The vehicle's driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with police. The Mid-State Accident Reconstruction Squad is investigating the crash.…

The incident took place in Hartford County around 1:15 a.m., Friday, Feb. 4 at the Wendy's located at 2384 Berlin Turnpike in Newington.
