CT Woman Under Protective Order Held In Double-Homicide, Police Say Police arrested a Connecticut woman in connection with a double homicide. Hartford County resident Harlee Swols, age 22, of Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order after she was located at the scene of the double murder around 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 8, Enfield Police Chief Alaric Fox said. According to Fox, officers were called to 17B Alden Ave. after receiving a 911 emergency call for a well-being check.
