One Killed In Fairfield County Two-Vehicle Crash, Police Say One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Fairfield County. It took place in Westport around 4:20 p.m., Monday, May 23 at 294 Saugatuck Ave. The first police and fire personnel to arrive found that two cars collided causing extensive damage to both, said Lt. David Wolf, of the Westport Police. Both drivers, the sole occupants of both vehicles, sustained injuries, Wolf said. An individual in one of the cars was conscious and able to speak with emergency responders, he said. That person was extricated by firefighters and transported to the hospital for treatment. …
