Darien and Shelton will go head-to-head in the Class LL matchup. This is Darien’s first year in Class LL. The Blue Wave lost the past two Class L finals to archrival New Canaan. Shelton lost in last year’s Class LL final to Xavier.

In the Class L final, New Canaan will take on North Haven. It's New Canaan's third straight trip to the Class LL final in football and its ninth in the past 10 years.

In Class M, Brookfield takes on neighboring rival New Fairfield. Brookfield, the reigning Class M champions, will be making its third straight appearance in the final. The two rivals met in their season-opener, with Brookfield going away with the win and New Fairfield suffering its only defeat of the season.
