Wojciech Warzynski, 31, of Farmington in Hartford County, was first arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 9, after he reportedly approached two females at the MDC Reservoir while fondling himself inappropriately, authorities said.
Officers had responded to the Farmington reservoir after multiple people called about a man acting suspiciously, officials said.
Warzynski was arrested the next day and charged with breach of peace, but he was released after posting a $20,000 bond.
Authorities arrested Warzynski on Friday, Oct. 11, after multiple people called West Hartford Police to report a man masturbating in the bushes on a residential road, officials said.
He was charged with simple trespass, violation of conditions of release, and breach of peace, but this time a judge ordered him held on a $750,000 bond, authorities added.
Warzynski was already out on bond for prior incidents, officials added.
Warzynski has been a registered sex offender since 2021. He was convicted of leaving a bathroom stall nude, holding his penis, and asking an 8-year-old girl to have sex with him, the sex offender registry notes.
Correction: A previous version of this story incorrectly stated the date when Warzynski was added to the Connecticut Sex Offender Registry. He was added in 2021.
