Brookfield Budget Faces Referendum In July

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- The Brookfield capital budget will face a referendum in July, according to WLAD-AM Radio.

Brookfield's Capital Improvement Plan details the bond request of $2.8 million that was advanced to a referendum Thursday night, reported WLAD-AM Radio.

First Selectman Steve Dunn told WLAD-AM Radio the vote will be on July 19. Improvements to the Four Corners streetscape was unanimously approved, said the WLAD-AM report.
