Former Teacher From New Fairfield Pleads No Contest In Sex Assault Of Boys

NEW FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A former Bethel first-grade teacher pleaded no contest Friday to charges that he sexually assaulted three boys, newstimes.com reports.

Under the plea agreement, Brian Stroh, 31, of New Fairfield,  faces up to 10 years in prison, the story said. 

He pleaded no contest to three counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of promoting a minor in an obscene performance, all felonies, according to the article. 

The former teacher at Berry Elementary School in Bethel will also be required to register as a sex offender, the newstimes said.

Stroh had been charged with three additional counts of risk of injury to a minor with sexual contact and sexual assault charges, the newstimes said. 

He was arrested in March by Connecticut State Police in connection with the sexual assaults in New Fairfield, the article says.
