Brookfield Police Locate Missing 75-Year-Old Woman

Update: BROOKFIELD, Conn. — Marylou Kurtzman, who was previously reported missing, has been located by Brookfied Police and Brookfield Fire Department personnel. 

original story: BROOKFIELD, Conn. — The Brookfield Police Department is actively searching for a 75-year-old woman who has advanced stage dementia, according to a Facebook post from the department. The missing person is Marylou Kurtzman of White Pine Drive, Brookfield. She is is 5-foot-6 weighs 170 pounds. She has dark blonde hair, which was last known to be in a ponytail, but she may have taken it out. 

She was last seen wearing black pants and a gray shirt. If she has taken off the gray shirt, she is now wearing a blue shirt that says "Jesus loves me/you." 

She left her residence on White Pine Drive on foot at about 11 a.m., police said.
