BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- Brookfield police arrested a man from New Milford on charges of having and selling marijuana following a traffic stop in the early hours Jan. 19, according to The News-Times.

Michael Terrio, 23, was allegedly veering across the middle of Ironworks Hill Road when police stopped him for that and speeding, reported The News-Times.

Upon searching his car, police charged him with possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to drive on a proper lane; and driving unreasonably fast, according to The News-Times.
