Brookfield Police Charge Man With Stealing Vacuums

BROOKFIELD, Conn. - Brookfield police were called to the Bed Bath and Beyond on Candlewood Lake Road after a call reporting a man had stolen vacuums from the store, according to a story in the Danbury News-Times.

When officers arrived, they were told a man had stolen several Dyson vacuums and fled through an emergency exit door, the story said.

Paul Venezia, 32 of New Milford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court.
