Christopher Braun, 33, immediately walked out of the house, telling the owner that he was looking for a different house, the News-Times reported. The homeowner called police after finding that an interior door had been smashed open and jewelry boxes were scattered on the floor, said the News-Times.
After the homeowner provided police with a detailed description, Braun was stopped on South Main Street and taken into custody, the News-Times reported.
