Squantz Pond Fills Up Early On Sunday; No More Cars Allowed

NEW FAIRFIELD, Conn. — With another beautiful summer day on the horizon, crowds are heading to the beach on Sunday.

And as happens on many weekends, Squantz Pond State Park in New Fairfield has filled up. 

The park in New Fairfield was full to parking capacity and closed to new vehicles as of 9 a.m. Sunday, July 3.
