A 78-year-old Fairfield County man who had been missing has been found safe, police said.
Jose Costa, of Norwalk, was last seen around 3 a.m., Friday, Jan. 22, leaving in his vehicle from his home on Winnipauk Drive, said Norwalk Police Sgt. Sofia Gulino.
Friday afternoon, Norwalk Police said Costa had been found safe.

Costa is described as being about 5’-5”, 170 lbs, balding with gray hair, and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a beige jacket and tan pants, police said.
Costa suffers from medical conditions and may be driving a red 2009 Honda Accord with the license plate CT 4ADPD5.
