BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- The Greenknoll YMCA in Brookfield organized many successful activities for its Healthy Kids Day last weekend.
Some of the activities included:
- The Brookfield Police Department and The City of Danbury Police Department were in attendance talking about bicycle safety.
- The Bicycle Center was on hand performing free safety checks and allowing people to test ride some of the latest bicycle technology.
- The Brookfield Volunteer Fire Department and Candlewood Company Inc. were recruiting new junior firefighters.
