Brookfield Teen Earns Eagle Scout Award

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- Brookfield's Michael Pondiccio recently earned his Eagle Scout award, and U.S. Rep. Elizabeth Esty was on hand to congratulate him.

"To Boy Scout Troop 5 in Brookfield, scouting means sharing a special bond not only with each other, but the community they serve," Esty noted in a Tuesday Facebook post.
