Located at 22 Main Street, Lombardi’s Trattoria, which opened in 2013, offers a massive variety of appetizers, soups, salads, calzones, burgers, pastas and more. However, the stars of the show are their hand-crafted and wood-fired pizza pies.
Lombardi’s offers unique spins on the Italian staple, many featuring some high-end ingredients and flavor profiles. For example, the Capriccios pizza is made with Pomodoro cheese, fresh mozzarella cheese, ham, marinated artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Those looking for something truly eccentric are bound to enjoy the Bianca pizza, the parma pizza or the clams casino pizza.
Customers can also create their own pizzas using any of the restaurant’s specialty ingredients.
Lombardi’s has a rating of 4.5/5 on its Facebook page, and the written feedback has been just as positive:
“Always delicious food with fresh ingredients expertly prepared and while sitting in a warm, welcoming space. We enjoy every meal from appetizer to dessert. Highly recommend,” Marion Liberati wrote in a Jan. 28, 2018 review.
