Brookfield Library Giving Free Performance On 'Inside Emily Dickinson'

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- The Brookfield Library is hosting a free performance called "Inside Emily Dickinson: Her Poetry & Her Life" at 7 p.m. Thursday.

It will be an interactive performance piece created and performed by actress Ginger Grace.

The performance consists of a biographical portrait based on the letters, life stories and poems of Emily Dickinson. With participants' ideas, words and phrases, Grace will create new poems.

This program is paid for by a grant from the Brookfield Education Foundation. Adults and children in sixth grade and older are invited to attend.
