Brookfield Historical Society Pulls Out The Stops For Festival Of Crafts

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- The Brookfield Museum and Historical Society's annual Festival of Crafts is on Nov. 7.

"The upcoming crafts festival will feature a number of new exhibitors, many from the surrounding area. In these trying economic times the mostly hand made crafts will provide the buyers with a unique opportunity to purchase, truly, one of a kind gifts, at reasonable prices," said show manager Stacey Olszewski. 

The Festival of Crafts will feature the wares of more than 60 juried vendors, including jewelry, pottery, folk art, decorative pieces, assorted holiday treasures, edible delicacies, toys and more. 

Admission is $5 and free for children 12 and under.  

The festival takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Whisconier Middle School gymnasium on 17 W. Whisconier Road off Route 25.
