FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Heavy rain has arrived in the Fairfield County area Wednesday evening.
The National Weather Service issued a statement at 9:06 p.m. that some of the storms could also be gusty winds. Local ponding of roads is possible.
There will also be patchy fog with an overnight low around 64 degrees.
Showers, mainly before 1 p.m., are likely Thursday with a high around 72.
